CLIFF Overview

CLIFF is a logging and tracking system primarily designed to support correspondence management and tracking in an organization. CLIFF provides a complete suite of functionality for logging, assigning tasks to others, tracking, reporting, searching, and much more. With a simple and user friendly interface, casual users of CLIFF can quickly become proficient with the product. Power users come to appreciate the depth of its functionality and tools.

CLIFF has been providing correspondence management and tracking to customers since 1993. Over the years CLIFF has evolved to support the expanding needs of our customers, incorporating new features as required, and leveraging current technologies. In its current form, CLIFF is a web based product which can be accessed using standard web browsers on various platforms over the Internet and your Local Area Network.
