If the FAQs and searching the User Guide does not provide the information you are looking for, or you wish to report a problem, please complete the following form. Note that the mandatory fields are marked in red.

Contact Information

If you are reporting a problem with CLIFF we need to know which version of CLIFF you are using. The version is displayed on the Login page and User Tool bar as shown in the following examples.

CLIFF version

If reporting a problem please provide the following information:

  • The name and version of the web browser you are using. This information is located in the About window which is selected from the Help menu on Windows, and the application menu on MacOS.
  • The version of the operating system your computer is running. In Windows right-click My Computer and select Properties to see the version. On MacOS choose About this Mac from the Apple menu.
  • The sequence of steps necessary to reproduce the problem.
  • The User Account Name which you used
  • The Office you were in to reproduce the problem
  • The Log ID if it's a specific ID.
  • Your organization ID and name.
  • A description of the problem, including screen shots if possible.

Support Question or Problem Description

If you are reporting a problem with CLIFF and the error appears on your computer screen, please capture an image of your screen and submit with the problem report. Instruction for submitting the image is provided below.
